Same Show Different Night - Boring

After we spent $1000.00 for the Single Bourbon tasting and were told that we did not purchase that with our tickets we dealt with it. Kween played the same show we have seen the last 4 times we went to his concert. By the way, we bought the same experience and the same tickets to a previous show. The concert venue was understaffed and poorly managed. We waited in line at a drink vendor for 30 minutes and we moved about 25 feet. Kween, overall it was a horrible experience and you and your management should have some sort of culpability in this.

With that being said, everybody sitting next to us had the gift bags to hold their gift and swag. We purchased these tickets on your site. Wouldn't it be apparent to Ticketmaster to give some sort of warning that they were not properly prepared to hold a concert?

We tried to dispute our case with Ticketmaster, we were asked to produce the email from the day that we purchased the tickets. Unfortunately, we did not save the initial email because we were told that the tickets would be made available closer to the show. After all this being said, we went to our seats. That went off without a hitch. Bare minimum we would expect some kind of explanation.

Ticketmaster should be ashamed of the way they handled our situation, especially for the amount of money spent on this show. Kween should disassociate his brand from Ticketmaster. We were hoodwinked and we would appreciate some sort of reparation. This whole experience was disappointing!!!!!! Never again!
